  • Yes, HUTRAIN’25 follows a formal dress code. You may refer to the Western Business Attire for both men and women.

  • Yes, the first session will be a workshop session

  • Delegates who have missed more than 3 sessions without a valid excuse will lose their chance to get an outstanding or best delegate award.

  • You should contact your committee’s chairboard explaining your reason.

  • Position papers are required for GA 4: H-SPECPOL, GA 6: LEGAL, UNWOMEN, NATO, and G-20 committees. Delegates of European Court of Justice and Parliamentary Crisis committees are not obligated to write position papers.

  • Position papers should be sent to the chairboard’s email address shown on the position papers page.

  • Deadline for position papers is 11 December, 23:59.
